| Updates on Today's Options "Initial" Commission Payments We are very pleased to inform you that CMS has provided the Company additional data identifying all "initial" Medicare Advantage beneficiaries who enrolled in Medicare Advantage in 2009. We previously were provided partial information on other "new" Medicare Advantage enrollees and paid applicable "initial" commissions accordingly. With the receipt of this additional information, we had scheduled a special commission cycle for this weekend to process these "initial" commissions for the outstanding population of new 2009 Today's Options Medicare Advantage enrollees with effective dates of January 1, 2009, through June 1, 2009. Our processing occurred August 12, 2009, instead of the scheduled August 15, 2009, three days early. The adjusted commissions are reflected on your current statement with this August 12, 2009, transaction date. As it pertains to our new HMO members who enrolled in SelectCare of Texas, L.L.C., Select Care Health Plans, Inc., ABRI Health Pan, Inc., and Global Health, Inc., our target date to process the applicable commission adjustments is August 22, 2009. We will provide you a specific commission statement transaction date when confirmed. Shortly thereafter, we will process the first round of "initial" commissions for new PDP members. We will announce a definitive date later this month. Going forward, enrollees with effective dates of July 1, 2009, or later will be processed within the normal commission cycles. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we awaited this important data from CMS, which contains the needed criteria for issuing your 2009 initial commission payments.
