2010 Agent Supply Ordering and Requisition Processes Order Supplies NOW for October 1 Use! New Vendor! R.R. Donnelley
We are pleased to announce that agents who wish to order MA and PDP supplies for use during the pre-selling season will be able to order them online beginning this Monday, September 21. To access our new ordering site on Monday, agents must visit the Supply Ordering section of AgentLink under Info Center, and click the link for "2010 Supply Orders." ( Click to view AgentLink screenshot). This link will bring agents directly to the 2010 CustomPoint ordering system, offered in partnership with our new service vendor, R.R. Donnelley. To learn more about using the CustomPoint system, see the user guide which will be available on AgentLink on Monday, September 21. - Using this link, supply items may be ordered for all 2010 MA and PDP plans.

NOTE: orders placed by 4 pm on Wednesday, September 23, will be received at agency offices on or before October 1.* If you wish to have marketing materials in hand for the beginning of the pre-selling season, be sure to order by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23. Ordering Supplies for 2010 Private Fee-for-Service (PFFS) Plans Agents interested in ordering 2010 PFFS sales and marketing materials must take note of the following changes: - Three Benefit Packages are available: Benefit Package 1, Benefit Package 2, and Benefit Package 3. - To determine which benefit package to order, agents must know the county in which they will be marketing PFFS plans.
For your convenience, we have posted the 2010 PFFS Service Area Maps to the CustomPoint site. Please find a link to these maps on the homepage. The maps clearly illustrate which benefit packages are available in each state and county. This easy reference guide will help to ensure that you order only the desired benefit packages, and that you will not receive any unneeded supplies. *Supply items that are received sooner than Thursday, October 1, 2009, must not be distributed to consumers, to remain in compliance with CMS requirements. Once the pre-selling season officially opens on October 1, the 2010 plan items may be distributed to consumers.
