Life and Annuity Policies Administration Change Administrative Systems Impacted As we communicated to you last week, starting November 1, 2009, a new service provider will handle the administration of some life insurance policies and all annuities currently serviced by Universal American/CHCS Services. Due to this change and conversion, our administration systems will be going down on Friday, October 30, 2009 at approximately 1:00 p.m. ET. Systems will be back up Monday, November 2, 2009. This will not impact agents in the field when writing business; however, if agents call the Home Office asking for agent or policy information, we will not be able to provide that to you during this time.
