Equitable RecoveryCare Suspended as of August 15, 2009 Effective August 15, 2009, Equitable is compelled to suspend new sales of RecoveryCare (Form 690 and Form 680 IA). Applications postmarked after August 15, 2009 will not be processed. Equitable knows RecoveryCare has been a valuable product for many of you. As such, Equitable is committed to re-designing and re-pricing it. They expect to have electronic filings in the states soon and will be working hard to get approvals quickly to shorten the time between now and the release of a new and revised RecoveryCare plan.
